Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop employees
- Communicate job expectations and provide coaching
- Maintain a guest-first culture
- Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed
- Control costs to maximize profitability
- Execute marketing promotions and new product roll-outs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
- High School diploma or equivalent
