Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, & reviewing financial reports
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication and relationship building propriate actions
• Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members
• Maintains an exceptional level of customer service
• Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws
• Works with integrity, honesty and accountability in all situations
