RESTAURANT MANAGER
Requirements- 3 years minimum experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar with 10 million+ in annual sales in a corporate environment
- 2 years+ experience using and managing Seven Rooms Reservation System
- 3 years+ experience staffing and executing multiple BEO's/Private Events
- Must be a team player and can execute well under pressure
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Experience managing and counting inventories, restaurant supplies, linen/laundry orders
- Experience working with large management teams with 6 or more shift managers daily
- 2+ years managing large host teams with 200+ seated restaurant environment
- Hospitality focused and can lead training initiatives, accountability and S.O.P. adherence
- Ability to work with training and scheduling a large staff and workgroups
- Can demonstrate how to manage costs, labor, and assigned budgets
