Restaurant Manager

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience

• Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, and food safety

• Ability to remain organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

• Dependability, integrity, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

• A passion for developing employees and building a strong team culture

Your Responsibilities:

• Support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members

• Maintain excellent guest service and restaurant standards

• Assist with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and cost controls

• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively

• Work alongside the General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals

• Help create a positive, productive, and accountable workplace
