Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the restaurant by:

• Leading, coaching, and developing hourly team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Driving a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.
• Supporting recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of new team members.
• Managing daily operations, including food quality, cleanliness, safety, and execution.
• Monitoring labor, food cost, sales, and other key performance metrics.
• Ensuring company standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Motivating your team to achieve restaurant goals while creating a positive work environment.
• Delivering an outstanding guest experience and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
