Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts is looking for a bold, high-energy Restaurant Manager who leads from the front, keeps the shift running fast and smooth, and delivers an amazing experience for every guest.

Full-time role with leadership, hands-on teamwork, and a focus on great service, great food, and great results.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations to hit service, quality, and speed goals

• Coach, motivate, and support team members to deliver standout guest experiences

• Oversee shift setup, food quality standards, and cleanliness requirements

• Help manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste

• Maintain strong communication across the team to handle rushes and unexpected issues

• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure

• Great multi-tasking and time-management during peak hours

• A positive, energized attitude-especially during busy early hours

• Reliability and ownership to get the job done right

• Previous Dunkin experience or fast-paced customer service environment is required.

• Must be 18 years or older

Schedule Requirement

PLEASE NOTE: Before applying, you must be available to work anytime in the early morning to late afternoons on weekdays, weekends and some holidays.

• Previous Dunkin experience preferred
• QSR experience is mandatory
• Available to work early mornings through late afternoons, cover call out ans staff shortages, weekends and holidays as required.

• Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent people skills with a guest-first attitude
• Full-time availability for scheduled shifts as assigned by the franchisee
