Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! We, The Pizza is a high volume, fast casual restaurant located on Capitol Hill. We are looking for a manager with 5+ years experience in fast casual dining as well as take out/delivery knowledge (pizza experience preferred). Candidates must be used to working in a fast paced environment, possess an upbeat attitude and dynamic leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all dine in/take out/delivery services
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Manage FOH and BOH employees
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Control day-to-day operations
• Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills

• Dependable, reliable and organized
