Restaurant Reservation Coordinator

Job Requirements

Starting Pay Range: $17 - $18/hr.

Create memorable dining experiences from the first interaction! You'll manage fine dining reservations, coordinate large party arrangements, and partner with restaurant teams to deliver seamless, personalized guest service.

What you will do as a Restaurant Reservation Coordinator:

• Answers all calls and requests for restaurant reservations; ensuring all guests are treated in a professional and courteous manner.
• Effectively operates Open Table for guest reservations. Provides reservation information to guests in a polite and courteous manner in the form of a complete recap.
• Provides guest with large party menus and communicates process to all large parties.
• Coordinates with restaurant management, including front and back of house, regarding any large party reservations.
• Call guests to confirm reservations for Fine Dining restaurants within 3 days of reservation date.
• Possesses general knowledge of restaurant floor plans and analyzes seating patterns to ensure the restaurant space is being utilized effectively.
• Attends F&B department and Manager meetings.
• Develops a working relationship between F&B and Accommodations in order to successfully meet the needs of guests.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Restaurant Reservation Coordinator, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Excellent guest service experience, experience with taking restaurant reservations preferred. Telephone skills a plus.
• Must be proficient in verbal and written communication and possess strong organizational skills.
• Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
• Must be able to life up to 20 lbs.
