We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and tech-savvy leader to develop the training programs, operational processes, and systems that support a growing multi-location restaurant organization.
This is not a traditional restaurant management position. You’ll work behind the scenes, partnering with leadership to create scalable systems that drive consistency, efficiency, and growth.
What You’ll Do:
Build and enhance training programs for restaurant teams and management.
Develop SOPs, operational playbooks, and standardized processes.
Manage learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
Coordinate training and operational readiness for new store openings.
Lead cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
Leverage AI, technology, and creative tools to improve training effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of multi-unit restaurant, QSR, bakery, or retail experience.
2+ years in corporate training, operations support, or a similar role.
Proven success developing training materials and SOPs across multiple locations.
Experience with LMS platforms and digital content development.
Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented leader who enjoys building and improving systems.
