As a front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Crew Chief plays a key role in delivering our Here to Help® promise. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coordinate, monitor, and perform restoration activities while supporting your team and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform production processes according to schedule, ensuring quality control on all job sites
- Manage the customer and client experience, supporting high satisfaction and positive online reviews
- Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their daily activities
- Document detailed, accurate job files to support services rendered
- Manage labor usage, consumable materials, and efficiency on assigned projects
- Communicate with the project manager and office staff to share job status updates and address issues promptly
Additional Responsibilities
- Follow and reinforce all OSHA safety standards on job sites
- Protect equipment, vehicles, and materials to maximize company assets
- Coach, mentor, and train restoration technicians for skill and career growth
Position Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- IICRC certification a plus
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
- Comfortable working with and around various cleaning agents
