Restoration Project Manager

Job Description:

This company is actively seeking a driven and experienced Restoration Project Manager to support project delivery and growth in the Des Moines market. They're looking for a motivated professional with restoration project management experience to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to play a key role in restoration project success in the Des Moines market.

Requirements:

• Full-time Restoration Project Manager role focused on water, fire, mold, and storm restoration projects.
• Manage projects from initial scope through completion, including timelines, budgets, and job documentation.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, adjusters, and property owners as needed.
• Write or review scopes and estimates; Xactimate experience preferred.
• Territory covers Des Moines and surrounding areas.
• Prior restoration project management experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications (e.g. WRT/ASD) and insurance claim experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred; further education a plus.
• Ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and confident communicating with customers and carriers.

Benefits:

• $60,000-$80,000
