Restoration Project Manager

About the Role

A well-established property restoration company in Grants Pass is hiring a Restoration Project Manager to run water, fire, smoke, and mold losses from first call to final invoice. If you know mitigation and reconstruction, can write a clean Xactimate estimate, and keep adjusters and homeowners happy, this is a long-term career move.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial restoration projects, including water mitigation, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and reconstruction or rebuild
• Write and negotiate estimates in Xactimate and get supplements approved with insurance adjusters and TPAs
• Scope losses on site, document moisture readings and photos, and keep job files current (DASH, Encircle, or similar)
• Schedule and lead technicians, crews, and subcontractors, and hold job budgets, timelines, and gross margin
• Act as the main point of contact for property owners, adjusters, and property managers
• Respond to emergency and after-hours calls as part of an on-call rotation
• Follow OSHA, EPA lead-safe (RRP), and IICRC safety and job standards

Required Qualifications and Credentials

• 2+ years of restoration project management or estimating experience
• Strong Xactimate skills (Level 2 or 3 certification preferred)
• IICRC certifications: WRT and ASD required, AMRT and FSRT preferred
• Working knowledge of insurance claims, the TPA and program work process, and carrier guidelines
• A valid driver's license is required; driving to job sites is an essential function of the role, and the driving record must meet company insurance requirements.
