Key Responsibilities

• Lead all reconstruction operations across residential and commercial projects
• Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers and field teams
• Implement processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and profitability
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met
• Partner with estimating and operations teams to maximize project success
• Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
• Support strategic growth initiatives and increase production capacity

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction operations
• Background as a Reconstruction Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar role
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading teams
• Strong commercial and residential construction knowledge
• Xactimate experience preferred
• Contractor's license preferred or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to build accountability and develop high-performing teams
