Retail Application Operations Associate I

This is a hybrid role (4 days in the office/1 day remote).Interactive Brokers seeks several motivated individuals to join our Application Support Group as an Account Operations Analyst to support the New Accounts team. This role will be part of a team building one of the world's strongest brokerage brands. Daily processing of institutional and retail client applicationsReview documentation related to a new accountCollaborate with other cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.Cross-reference multiple databases and ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an accountFollow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.Correspond with clients, sales representatives and Client service representatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's DegreeRegistrations: FINRA Series 7, 6, 63. IBKR will sponsor a FINRA license if job-relatedExcellent communication skillsProficient user of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skillsAbility to prioritize effectively and multitaskSelf-organized team player with an excellent eye for detail
