Flotilla Water is hiring outgoing Lead Generators / Appointment Setters to represent EcoWater Systems inside Costco locations.

Earn a guaranteed $20/hour base plus commissions and bonuses, with the opportunity to earn $30+/hour based on production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Engage Costco shoppers and introduce our water-testing program
• Schedule qualified in-home water consultations
• Represent EcoWater Systems professionally
• Track appointments and results

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Outgoing and confident personality
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging shoppers
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions
• Sales or lead-generation experience is a plus, but not required
• Weekend availability is required
• Reliable transportation
