Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.

• Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.

• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and accountability.

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively sell to customers.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.

• Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

• Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
