Position Overview

Rhinebeck Bank is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Retail Banking Operations Analyst to provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer and Retail Banking Department.

This position is responsible for preparing management reports and presentations, analyzing business data, coordinating bank initiatives and events, and supporting departmental operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support management reporting and business decisions.

• Prepare reports on sales, referrals, departmental performance, incentive compensation, and other key operational metrics.

• Develop and maintain CRM reports, dashboards, charts, and presentations.

• Analyze performance results, identify trends, and summarize findings for management.

• Prepare agendas, reports, and presentation materials for executive and management meetings.

• Coordinate bank events, meetings, special projects, and departmental initiatives.

• Track action items and follow up with appropriate individuals to support timely completion of priorities.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Retail Banking.

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and customer information.

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.

• Minimum of two years of experience in executive or administrative support.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of Retail Banking products, services, and industry trends

• Familiarity with the Banks subsidiaries and their offerings.

• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $71,000 - $76,000 per year
