Retail Liquid Salesperson

JOB DESCRIPTION

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS-Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Develop personal sales plans, process, and strategy that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability as related to the sale of liquid energy.
• Facilitate negotiation and refinement of detailed contracts between Mirabito and Customers.
• Constantly service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to visit existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures 100% of the time.

• Must be independent; highly motivated self-starter with familiarity of liquid energy and related commercial heating/cooling systems.
• Must possess exceptional communications skills and the ability to project a positive image of the company, product line and services.
• Frequently work productively with little supervision and possess strong computer skills with the ability to create presentations and maintain accurate sales activity reports.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to regularly travel throughout all market areas.
• Be capable of scheduling overnight stays as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES – Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Generate leads, source and develop client referrals through networking.
• Schedule sales appointments and maintain sales activity records.
• Develop and maintain a customer pipeline list and sales report.
• Ensure a positive relationship with customers by placing sales calls to new and existing clients.
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Develop sales proposals and present sales contracts.
• Maintain and conduct product training when necessary.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery and follow up on sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
• Participate in sales events and maintain professional affiliations with related organizations or persons.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
• Report to work as scheduled with minimal absenteeism or tardiness.
• Attend job related training and informational seminars as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS – Qualifications include and are not limited to:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
