Retail Pharmacy Manager is responsible for providing quality, comprehensive pharmaceutical care and services to patients at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.
Responsibilities:• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Licensed Pharmacist required.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical care principles and medication management.
• Ability to accurately review, interpret, and evaluate medication orders.
• Knowledge of drug interactions, contraindications, dosing, and therapeutic monitoring.
• Ability to provide medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
