New West KnifeWorks and MTN MAN Toy Shop offer one of the most original shopping experiences right on the Jackson town square. What you’ll do: - Maintain a guest-centric mindset in a selling culture
- Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors to our store
- Become a product expert via ongoing product training, showcasing our brand’s quality and functionality to visitors
- Act as a local guide for all things in and out of our store
- Keep our store and merchandise looking their best and ready to impress
- Other duties as assigned, which may include tomahawk tossing and tracking knife sharpening orders
Compensation & Benefits: - $18/hr base wage + 3% commission on all retail sales (often averaging >$25/hr)
