Client Overview:
Our client is a contemporary women's fashion brand known for elevated style and a modern approach to everyday dressing. The brand offers a collaborative retail environment focused on personalized customer service, fashion, and creating an exceptional in-store shopping experience. They are seeking a polished and client-focused Retail Sales Associate to support their contemporary women's fashion boutique in Beverly Hills.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hour

Position Overview:
This Retail Sales Associate role is a temporary opportunity that is ideal for someone with previous women's retail experience who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about delivering an elevated shopping experience. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekend availability is required, with scheduling based on store needs.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Maintain strong knowledge of women's apparel, products, and brand offerings.
• Support daily sales floor operations and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and organization of the sales floor.
• Build rapport with clients and encourage ongoing customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales goals and maintain brand standards.
• Perform additional retail sales responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:

• 1 - 2 years of retail sales or customer-facing experience.
• Previous women's retail experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, personable, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
• Weekend availability required.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:

• Luxury or contemporary fashion retail experience.
• Experience working toward sales goals and delivering personalized client service.
• Knowledge of women's fashion, styling, and current trends.
• Experience with merchandising and maintaining visual store standards.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
