Retail Sales Associate

Client Overview:
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our client's prestigious luxury fashion retailer at the Cabazon outlets, one of Southern California's premier shopping destinations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an elevated designer retail environment, represent a luxury fashion brand, and provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers during the busy holiday season.

$25/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking personable, fashion-forward, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our client's Luxury Retail team for the holiday season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for fashion, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The Retail Sales Associate will assist customers with product selections, provide styling recommendations, support sales goals, and help maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Candidates should be dependable, professional, and comfortable engaging with customers while delivering an elevated shopping experience. This is a seasonal role through December 16. The ideal candidate should have open availability including weekends and will work full-time from 10 AM to 8 PM.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selections, styling, and outfit recommendations.
• Build customer relationships through attentive service and product knowledge.
• Support store sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and product displays.
• Support inventory management, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations.
