Retail Sales Associate – Apparel & Home Textiles

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate with experience handling apparel, linens, bedding, and other softline merchandise. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, questions, and purchases.

• Stock, organize, fold, and display clothing, linens, bedding, and other merchandise.

• Maintain organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floors.

• Assist with inventory management, product replenishment, and pricing.

• Process customer transactions and operate POS systems.

• Receive, unpack, tag, and organize incoming merchandise.

• Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed.

• Support daily store operations and maintain merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience required, preferably with apparel, linens, bedding, or home textiles.

• Experience with merchandising, stocking, and inventory.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to organize, fold, and display merchandise accurately.

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience: Retail apparel, home goods, bedding, linens, textiles, or softlines merchandising.
