Our Retail Sales Associates provide a first-class experience by offering excellent products and customer service to meet each customer's specific needs.Responsibilities include: Develop a rapport with our customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs Provide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation. Address and solve concerns immediately. Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs Enter customer orders and payments into our computer system accurately and timely Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom Promote and share product knowledge among the other sales consultants Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations Adhere to all company policies and proceduresRequirementsTime and Detail oriented, Friendly,Outgoing,Able to communicate on a professional level with individuals or groups both verbally and in writingReliable transportation for use when home measurements are requiredAbility to work a 40-hour work week with a varied schedule which includes weekends. Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent.
