Retail Sales Associate

We are hiring Retail Sales Associates on behalf of client companies expanding their in-store and in-venue presence.

This is face to face work. You represent one brand at a time inside a retail or event environment, talk to customers directly, and are measured on what you actually do rather than what you studied.

Progression here is internal and it is fast. Everybody starts on the floor. The people who run teams six months from now are on the floor today.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Represent a client brand in a retail or event setting

Open conversations with customers and take them through to a decision

Hit a daily activity standard you agree with your team lead

Learn the product properly, then teach it to the next intake

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Legally able to work in the United States

Able to commute to the market listed on this posting

Comfortable speaking to people you have not met

No degree required. No sales experience required.
