About the Role:Garden State Harley-Davidson is looking for a passionate and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our legendary team in Morris Plains, NJ. If you live and breathe the open road and love connecting people with the products they're passionate about, this is the ride for you!
Responsibilities:- Assist customers in selecting merchandise including apparel, accessories, parts, and Harley-Davidson gear
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience that reflects the Harley-Davidson brand
- Maintain attractive, organized product displays and ensure proper merchandising standards
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and new inventory arrivals
- Support inventory management including stocking, receiving, and cycle counts
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Answering telephones
Requirements:- Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Genuine passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle lifestyle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Basic math skills and comfort with POS or retail software systems
- Self-motivated team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
