About the Role:
Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you'll help customers look and feel their best. Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
- Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation
