Guest Advisor
The Opportunity
As a Guest Advisor, you are the face and voice of Spavia at Shayden Summit. You will welcome guests, guide them through their visit, and help them select the services and products that best meet their needs, advise on retail items for purchase and ensure a full 5 star experience for our guests.
This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys creating five-star guest experiences, and wants to grow their skills in guest service, sales, and spa operations in a calm, supportive setting.

What You'll Do
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every guest and ensure they feel cared for from arrival to departure.
- Manage spa scheduling by booking and modifying appointments, answering phones, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Educate guests on spa treatments, memberships, and retail products, and make thoughtful recommendations that support their wellness goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing spa, retail area, and reception space throughout each shift, which will include helping with spa laundry.
- Collaborate with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistently excellent guest experience.
What Success Looks Like
- Within your first few months, guests consistently mention you by name in feedback for your welcoming, attentive service.
- Appointment schedules run smoothly and accurately, with minimal errors and strong communication between the front desk and service providers.
- Membership and retail recommendations regularly convert to sales because you listen carefully and match guests with the right options.
- The reception, retail, and spa areas are always guest-ready, reflecting our luxury spa standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
- An articulate communicator who can handle phones, in-person conversations, and scheduling systems at the same time.
- A reliable, professional, and team-oriented person who shows up prepared and contributes positively to the work environment.
- A calm, caring energy and genuine passion for helping others feel relaxed, supported, and valued.
- Comfort discussing services and products with guests and making confident, guest-focused recommendations.
- Someone with ability to work some evenings and weekend shifts, some flexibility is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly base pay of $15.50$17 per hour, plus significant monthly and quarterly bonuses.
- Employee discounts on retail and spa treatments, plus 401(k) with company match; full-time team members (30+ hours/week) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Full-time role or possibility of 2 part time positions.
