Retail Sales Representative

Sales Focus Inc. (SFI) is hiring full-time Retail Sales Representatives to represent our client, Duke Energy, at assigned retail locations in Winston-Salem.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers, explain the benefits of Duke Energy’s Power Manager® program, and enroll eligible customers. This is a customer-facing sales position ideal for someone who is outgoing, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by a base pay plus uncapped commission structure.

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers at assigned retail locations
• Educate customers on Duke Energy’s Power Manager program and its benefits
• Enroll eligible customers in the program
• Convert customer interest into successful enrollments
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and enrollment goals
• Answer customer questions and provide a positive customer experience
• Professionally represent Sales Focus Inc. and our client
• Travel between assigned retail locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales goals
• Professional, dependable, and coachable
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned retail locations
• Ability to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends
