Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain store appearance through merchandising, stocking, and organizing shelves
• Monitor and replenish inventory to ensure product availability
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Support loss prevention efforts by following store security protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Basic math skills and comfort with POS or cash handling systems
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
