Retail & Inventory Specialist. In this versatile role, you will deliver welcoming front-end customer service, manage order fulfillment, conduct precise inventory audits, and keep merchandise displays organized and well-stocked. If you bring POS cash handling experience, inventory counting expertise, and a great work ethic, we want you on the team!
Description for Retail & Inventory Specialist:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable front-end customer service and process accurate POS cash and card transactions.
- Manage retail order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and precise inventory control to ensure count accuracy.
- Perform routine inventory auditing, cycle counting, and loss prevention tracking across display lanes.
- Create, organize, and restock visually appealing merchandise displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional retail floor environment for the community.
Details for Retail & Inventory Specialist:
- Pay Rate: $17.30 / hour starting base wage.
- Schedule: Tuesday Saturday | 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Enjoy Sunday & Monday OFF every week!).
- Location: Lacey, WA store.
- Position Type: Full-Time, long-term career opportunity.
Requirements for Retail & Inventory Specialist:
- Proven background in retail fulfillment, front-end operations, and POS cashiering.
- Experience with RGIS or other professional inventory counting services is a major plus!
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating POS and inventory database software.
- Physical capability to handle active retail laborstanding for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Exceptional record of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation habits.
