Retail Supervisor

Do you love people, popcorn and keeping things running smoothly? Our family-owned shop is looking for a Part-Time Retail Supervisor to help lead our team when the manager is out. You’ll hold the keys to open and close the shop, guide the team through busy days, and help train new associates as they learn the ropes. You’ll also lead tours and tastings, help customers find the perfect treat for any occasion, answer phone questions, and make sure every bag that goes out the door, whether it’s handed over the counter or shipped across the country, is filled with care.

We’re looking for a friendly, upbeat leader who’s comfortable with technology (point-of-sale, scheduling and order systems) and who takes initiative without being asked.
