    Description

    • Supervise and support daily gift shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Train, coach, and lead retail associates to provide exceptional guest service and drive sales results.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training.
    • Assist with employee scheduling and shift assignments.
    • Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
    • Resolve guest concerns and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Operate and oversee point-of-sale transactions, including cash handling, returns, exchanges, and reconciliations.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
    • Maintain visual merchandising displays and ensure product presentation meets company standards.
    • Ensure accurate opening and closing procedures are completed for each shift.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, gaming regulations, and applicable laws.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of six months of retail experience.
    • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
    • Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team development skills.
    • Knowledge of retail sales techniques and merchandising principles.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
