Retail / Warehouse Associate

Do you enjoy working in an active outdoor environment and being part of a team that helps create memorable guest experiences? Lake Cachuma is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail / Warehouse Associate.

This position combines customer service, retail operations, and warehouse support in a fast-paced recreational setting. Team members help keep our retail store stocked, organized, and running smoothly while providing friendly service to campers, boaters, anglers, and visitors enjoying everything Lake Cachuma has to offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests in the retail and marina store.

• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.

• Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays.

• Receive, organize, and store deliveries in warehouse and retail areas.

• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.

• Load, unload, and move merchandise safely and efficiently.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe retail and warehouse areas.

• Support daily operations during busy weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

• Work collaboratively with team members and management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous retail, warehouse, marina, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
