Retirement Services Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Duration: 12-month contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Services Analyst to support retirement account inquiries and provide excellent service to financial advisors and branch employees. This role involves answering questions about retirement accounts, contributions, distributions, and related procedures while ensuring inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently.

Please note: New hires are required to work onsite five days a week for the first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone calls from financial advisors and branch employees regarding retirement services.

• Provide accurate information on retirement accounts, products, contributions, distributions, and related procedures.

• Use internal systems, tools, and resources to research questions and resolve issues.

• Route processing requests to the appropriate teams and escalate inquiries requiring additional research.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering high-quality customer service.

• Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Meet team and departmental performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least two years of experience in the financial services industry.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and resolve issues.

• Ability to handle challenging interactions professionally and maintain positive client relationships.

• Willingness and ability to learn new systems, policies, and procedures quickly.

• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH, five days a week for the first 90 days.
