What You'll Be Doing

• 
  
• Lead day-to-day revenue operations, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash receipts.
• 
  
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 11 employees while driving accountability, performance, and employee engagement.
• 
  
• Ensure timely, accurate billing and exceptional internal support to attorneys and firm stakeholders.
• 
  
• Prioritize workloads, coordinate team activities, and oversee operational execution across multiple revenue functions.
• 
  
• Partner with finance and operations leaders to implement process improvements and operational initiatives.
• 
  
• Support the firm's ERP migration, helping drive training, adoption, and change management efforts.
• 
  
• Monitor performance metrics, identify workflow challenges, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.
• 
  

What They're Looking For

• 
  
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue operations, billing, accounting operations, accounts receivable, or related functions.
• 
  
• Proven success managing and developing teams.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of billing, collections, cash application, accounts payable, and revenue-cycle processes.
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 
  
• CPA or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 
  
• Experience with billing and accounting platforms is a plus.
•
