Our Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for aligning with GTM teams to develop, implement, and monitor the day-to-day operational processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and attainment. You will also help to identify obstacles to key initiatives as well as bridge the data and process gap between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will drive projects within our GTM Stack, with Salesforce at the center and accompanied by Outreach, Hubspot, Clari, LeanData, Clay, RevOps.io, Gong, among others.
Although the role is heavily focused on driving business processes and systems, we're a small team and we wear many hats - you can expect to participate in broader organizational initiatives such as Deal Desk, Enablement, Commissions, and Planning. Through your work, you will directly impact the success and scale of Medallion's business.
This role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations, and base compensation may land between $120,000 - 150,000. In addition to base salary, Medallion offers equity, bonus, and benefits as part of the total compensation package. Many factors are considered when determining pay including: market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level.
