Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage deductions/disputes in collaboration with logistics, sales, and finance partners.
• Manage debit and credit transactions while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop proficiency in Microsoft applications and business software such as SAP and Business Warehouse.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and improve metrics.
• Assist with internal and external audits to maintain an audit-ready status.
• Drive process improvements and participate in customer-specific initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and participate in team meetings and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• College degree with a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
• 2 years of career experience.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel vLookups and pivot tables.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferences

• Experience in Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, or Supply Chain.
• LEAN/SIX SIGMA / APICS training, certification, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of SOX, GCC, and/or GMP requirements.
• Finance experience in accounts receivable, deduction management, or collections.
