The Revenue Strategy & Capture Analytics Manager serves as a multi-disciplinary Revenue Operations resource focused on pursuit analytics, pricing strategy support, proposal and pricing capacity management, business intelligence, revenue forecasting, and executive decision support. The position operates across Growth, Capture, Proposal Operations, Pricing, Finance, Contracts, and Delivery functions to improve enterprise visibility, execution readiness, resource planning, and decision quality throughout the business development lifecycle. This role does not own pursuit decisions, capture strategy, or Go/No-Go authority. Instead, it provides objective analysis, readiness assessments, resource planning, pricing insights, and operational intelligence that help Market Vertical leaders make informed business decisions. The position also maintains the ability to surge into proposal operations, pricing support, pricing-to-win activities, and special enterprise initiatives during periods of elevated demand.

Dayton, OH location preferred. Preference will be given to East Coast candidates based on business need.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Intelligence & Executive Decision Support (25%)

• Develop executive dashboards, analyses, and briefing materials supporting Revenue Operations leadership.
• Monitor enterprise pipeline health, pursuit workload, proposal and pricing demand, and resource utilization.
• Support preparation of monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and growth summits.
• Identify emerging workload constraints, execution risks, and resource conflicts.
• Provide recommendations regarding execution readiness, resource impacts, and operational risks.

Pursuit Portfolio & Capacity Management (25%)

• Maintain visibility into active and forecasted proposal and pricing workloads.
• Develop proposal and pricing capacity forecasts.
• Assess proposal concurrency and surge requirements.
• Identify resource conflicts, bottlenecks, and execution constraints.
• Support enterprise visibility into proposal, pricing, and capture workload trends.
• Provide resource impact assessments for leadership review.

Pricing Strategy & Pricing-to-Win Support (20%)

• Support development of pricing-to-win analyses.

• Participate in executive pricing reviews and strategy discussions.
• Develop supporting analyses for pricing decision-making.

• Support Market Vertical and Growth leadership with data-driven pursuit assessments.

• Provide surge support during high-volume pursuit periods.
• Support proposal planning, compliance reviews, and proposal coordination.
• Assist pricing teams with workload management and analysis.
• Support color team reviews and executive reviews.
• Assist with proposal recovery efforts when required.

Strategic Initiatives & Business Systems (5%)

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the RevOps portfolio.
• Support AI-enabled growth initiatives and workflow automation efforts.

• Support maintenance and optimization of TechnoMile, Power BI, Salesforce, GovWin, and related systems.

Qualifications:

Experience

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship 
• 7+ years of experience in Federal Government Contracting.
• Experience in two or more of the following:
  • Pricing
  • Proposal Operations

  • Program Controls
  • FP&A
