Threekit is hiring a RevOps Manager who would rather fix the problem than write a process doc about it. Youll own the systems, data, and automation behind our GTM team (sales, marketing, customer success, and finance) across Salesforce, HubSpot, and any other tool that earns its place in the stack.
Theres no playbook here, and were not hiring someone to install one. We want a thinker and a doer who uses AI by default, takes the fastest path that works, and isnt attached to any one system or "best practice."
This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of our Chicago office. Interested? Apply now!
Who We Are Threekit is the Channel Sales Platform for Complex Products, a modern configure-to-quote workflow designed for how channel selling actually works. Threekit gives dealers and customers a faster way to select, visualize, configure, and quote complex products without the rigid structure of traditional CPQ systems. We help manufacturers make complex products easier to buy and sell through the systems they already trust.
What We Value At Threekit, our core values can be summed up with the acronym GRIT: Getting things done, Revenue, Innovation, and Team. These principles guide our actions and decisions, shaping the way we work and interact with each other and our customers. At Threekit, GRIT is more than just an acronym; it is the driving force behind our success and growth.
What Youll Do
Solve GTM problems end to end. Figure out whats actually slowing down sales, marketing, or CS, then ship a fix, often in days rather than quarters. Own Salesforce and HubSpot. Run administration of both platforms and how they work together: sync, field mapping, lead and contact routing, and attribution. Put AI to work across GTM. Build agents, AI-assisted workflows, and LLM-powered automations that replace manual work, such as enrichment, account research, data cleanup, meeting summaries, and forecasting inputs. Make the data trustworthy. Keep pipeline, closed-won, and lead source/attribution data accurate, and fix the root cause instead of cleaning up after it over and over. Build reporting people use. Build the dashboards that leadership and reps actually rely on, and retire the ones nobody opens. Stay system agnostic. Manage the wider GTM stack (PandaDoc, Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, Clay, and others). Evaluate, consolidate, replace, or build, whichever gets the result with the least overhead. Support the deal desk. Help Sales, CS, and Consulting with quoting, e-signature, and closing deals. Own the tech spend. Manage vendors, contracts, the tech budget, and ROI, and cut tools that arent pulling their weight. Experiment quickly. Prototype, test with a small group, measure the result, and then either scale it or kill it. Enable the team. Show people the faster way to work with our tools and AI, rather than only documenting the official way.
What Catches Our Eye
3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM systems, ideally at a startup or scale-up. Prior people management isnt required. Hands-on admin experience in Salesforce and/or HubSpot. Youve built objects, fields, automation, and reports yourself, and you get productive in an unfamiliar system quickly. Daily AI fluency you can show. You use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to build, analyze, and automate, and you can walk us through AI-powered workflows youve shipped. Comfortable with automation and integration tools: native CRM automation (Salesforce Flow, HubSpot workflows) plus no-code/iPaaS tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Workato. System agnostic. You choose tools for the problem, not out of loyalty to a platform, and youll tear out something that isnt working, even if you built it. Scrappy, with a bias to action. Youd ship a working 80% solution this week over a perfect one next quarter, and you can tell when "good enough" isnt. Strong with data: you can pull, clean, and analyze it (spreadsheets, SQL, or AI-assisted) and explain what it means to non-technical people. You work independently with little direction, juggle multiple priorities, and collaborate well across sales, marketing, CS, and finance.
Preferred Skills
Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Clay, custom GPTs, MCP integrations). Experience with enrichment, prospecting, and lead routing tools (Clay, Apollo, LeanData, or similar). Salesforce or HubSpot certifications are a plus but not a requirement. Enough scripting or API skill (Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, Apex) to connect things when no-code wont do it is again a plus, but not required.
Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. We care more about what youve built than where you studied.
How Youll Work Youll thrive here if you: like ambiguity, ask "what problem are we actually solving?" before picking a tool, try something new before asking permission, and measure success by outcomes rather than tickets closed.
This role isnt a fit if you: need a defined playbook to start, reach for "thats not best practice" as an answer, prefer months of requirements gathering before building anything, or want to specialize deeply in a single platform.
Who Youll Report To This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing.
