RevOps Workflow Automation Manager

At Sage, we're building the next generation of Revenue Operations excellence- and we're looking for a Workflow Automation Manager who will be responsible for designing, governing, and implementing scalable workflow automation solutions that optimize business processes across the Revenue organization. This role partners with business stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies, translate business requirements into automation solutions, and establish enterprise automation standards that improve efficiency, data quality, compliance, and user experience.

Unlike roles focused on optimizing sales execution or managing sales processes, the Workflow Automation Manager is responsible for the architecture and automation of end-to-end business workflows that span multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

The ideal candidate combines business process expertise, systems thinking, and workflow automation experience to build scalable solutions that reduce manual effort, standardize operations, and enable business growth. This is a Hybrid position based on-site three days per week in NA based office.
