• Pay Rate: $70.00-97.12 Hourly (OT40, Non-Exempt)

• Security Clearance: Secret Clearance Required to start (must have active clearance at time of submittal)

Shift & Schedule Details

• Standard Shift: Weekend Shift, Full-Time (Thursday – Sunday), 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4/10 schedule, 3rd shift)

• Mandatory Training: Contractors selected will be required to start and train on first shift for 6 weeks before moving to the third shift.

  • First Shift Training Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking to hire experienced RF engineering professionals at our campus in Chelmsford, Massachusetts! This exciting role offers the RF professional an opportunity to be a key contributor on our team of industry-leading RF design experts.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Support the production of complex multi-function modules used in challenging high-reliability applications in all phases of the product life cycle.

• Work on complex technical problems and provide solutions that are innovative and ingenious.

• Act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the implementation of operational products.

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines including hardware engineers, systems engineers, and circuit design engineers as well as technical and manufacturing support personnel.

• Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Minimum Requirements:

• Secret Clearance Required to start.

• Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or BS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) accepted, plus a minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional engineering experience.

• Experience with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Experience with hands-on hardware.

• Experience using RF microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desired Skills:

• An MS in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.

• Significant relevant experience in the defense electronics industry.

• Expertise with RF subsystems and hardware (antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, low noise amplifiers, high power amplifiers, advanced electronic modules, mixers, switches, frequency generation/conversion circuits).

• Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques.

• Expertise with technical documentation such as specifications, schematic drawings, and test data.

• Experience with customer interface, including technical presentations.

• Prior RF design experience.

• Ability to lead failure investigations on production or technical issues.

• Ability to work in a team-collaborative environment, especially with manufacturing/industrial engineers and operators on production support.
