    Job Description

    Amazon LEO is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

    As a RF Engineer at Leo, you will work closely with the Hardware Engineering team and cross-functional partners to design, implement, debug, and characterize RF systems for high-performance WiFi access points. This role focuses on development, validation, and optimization of RF subsystems that enable our products to deliver exceptional wireless performance across multiple protocols including WiFi and Bluetooth. The wireless interfaces you"ll work on are critical to product success, making RF system performance and reliability essential to customer experience.

    Key job responsibilities

    • RF front-end implementation and validation testing for WiFi access points
    • Optimize and validate multi-band RF circuits across 2.4/5/6 GHz bands
    • Work closely with antenna teams to ensure successful RF system integration
    • Create and execute RF validation test plans, including OTA, RvR, and regulatory compliance testing
    • Lead RF debugging efforts during development and production phases
    • Support RF component selection and vendor qualification
    • Drive system-level design reviews and technical documentation
    • Develop automated RF calibration and test solutions for manufacturing

    Export Control Requirement:
