Title: RF Laboratory Engineer

Location: Newark, CA 

Duration: 06 months of contract to Direct Hire | Onsite  

Pay Range:  $60/Hr. to $65/Hr.

Job Description: 

• Spend ~80% of the time performing RF and antenna validation testing for Gravity vehicle add-ons.
• Debug RF hardware issues across Infotainment, Telematics, Axis, and AM/FM Radio systems.
• Use RF test equipment and simulation tools to analyze signal performance, transmission lines, antenna tuning, and de-sense issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external labs to ensure wireless system performance, reliability, and compliance

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 2+ years of RF/wireless design, testing, and validation experience in automotive or consumer electronics.
• Strong hands-on hardware RF validation, debugging, RF-OTA testing, and issue resolution experience.
• Anechoic chamber experience
• Expertise with RF lab equipment such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, LitePoint, CMW500, and CMX500.
• Solid understanding of RF systems, antenna tuning, impedance matching, matching networks, HV design rules, and RF simulation tools such as HFSS or CST.
