• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance rn
• BS or technical degree and relevant work experience rn
• Knowledge of SATCOM equipment including, but not limited to, antennas, HPAs/SSPAs, up/down-converters, LNAs, and modems rn
• Experience with RF test equipment, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter, O-Scope rn
• Experience with cable maintenance and fabrication, CAT-5/6, Coaxial RF, AC/DC power rn
• Experience writing and delivering technical documents and briefings rn
• Knowledge of SATCOM signals including modulation, error correction, and associated signal generation equipment rn
• Experience with troubleshooting satellite communications systems rn
• Ability to react quickly in a dynamic environment rn
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment rn
• Willingness to travel rn
• Ability to communicate technical approaches and details within small project teams, including team interaction and presentation rn

Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides engineering analysis, integration and development support rn
• Develop SATCOM signal environments with customers to meet event execution rn
• Develop and analyze Satellite link budgets rn
• Develop test plans; conduct testing; interpret, document, and present the results to engineering peers, leadership, and the government customer rn
• Active participation in the full Software Development Life Cycle leveraging Agile methodologies rn
• Reoccurring international travel to potentially austere environments for deployed system installations, upgrades and sustainment efforts rn
• Performs other duties as assigned rn
