RFP Specialist & Sales Enablement

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Sales Enablement & RFP Specialist, you will own end-to-end RFP responses for prospects while helping to build the enablement resources, wikis, and onboarding tools that power our global Sales Engineering team. With primary focus on the RFPs for the AMER region and providing additional support EMEA and APAC during peak volumes, you will help prospects understand the full capabilities of our Loyalty and Promotion platform. In this role, you are a deal champion who highlights our unique differentiators and clearly articulates why our solution commands enterprise-grade investment through the RFP responses.

You must be based on the US East Coast, ideally within commuting distance of one of our hubs: Chicago, New York or Boston. 

ABOUT THE TEAM:

You'll report to our Senior Enablement Manager and support scaling our RFP operations and Sales Engineering enablement as our business expands through both organic growth and the integration of our parent company's ecosystem. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment to help shape our content architecture, AI drafting strategies, and cross-functional workflows.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

• Own end-to-end RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses for prospects
• Transform standard RFP requirements into compelling value narratives that highlight our Loyalty and Promotion platform's unique competitive advantages, ensuring every response positions us as the high-value strategic partner
• Support RFP response across AMER, EMEA, and APAC when volume requires extra hands
• Using internal tools and knowledge base with complementary AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT as part of your workflow and for speed and accuracy, before Sales Engineers and Account Executives layer in their depth from real prospect conversations
• Build and maintain enablement resources, including our Sales Engineering wiki, internal tool documentation, and onboarding materials
• Partner with Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers, Product Marketing, and Business Value Consultants to get RFP content and positioning right
• Shape how we answer new RFP questions as our platform integrates with our parent company's technology

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

• You value accuracy, speed, and a high work ethic
• Bring hands-on experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
• Frame every response around value creation, highlighting Unique Selling Points (USPs), ROI, and key differentiators to justify enterprise deal sizes
• Use AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations
• Experience digesting and understanding technical product details (APIs, integrations, data security) and translating them into clear, customer-facing copy.
• Experience managing multiple RFPs at once across different industries and stakeholders, under competing deadlines and shifting priorities
