Schedule: 4/10 shift (four 10-hour days per week), starting at 12:00 AM; mandatory overtime required; must be able to work all weekends and holidays

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Rice Krispie Mixer/Prep to join our bakery manufacturing team on the third shift. This production role focuses on ingredient mixing, machinery operation, and supporting various aspects of bakery production in a fast-paced environment. The position requires physical endurance, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients accurately according to recipes
• Operate bakery production machinery and equipment
• Prepare trays and pans for baking processes
• Assist in various production areas as needed
• Retrieve items from freezers to support production processes
• Follow safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Lift 50+ pounds regularly and maintain proper manual handling procedures
• Stand for over 10 hours during the shift in a cold environment
• Contribute to production efficiency by maintaining process accuracy
• Support manual handling and machinery operation in freezer environments
• Maintain safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure safety and quality

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours
• Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Experience with machine operation and ingredient mixing preferred
• Demonstrated initiative and precision in task execution
• Excellent attendance record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with bakery production machinery and mixing equipment
• Familiarity with freezer retrieval procedures and maintaining safety standards in cold environments

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Prolonged standing for over 10 hours in a fast-paced bakery setting
• Exposure to cold environments such as freezers
• Manual handling of ingredients and bakery equipment with safety precautions
