Risk AnalystDepartment: Legal/RiskEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Houston, TXReporting To: Jessica OrtegaDescriptionThe Risk Analyst supports the Senior Risk Analyst and the Legal and Risk Departments by coordinating compliance, documentation, regulatory review, and risk‑related activities across Cotton's divisions. This position assists in monitoring operational adherence to laws, ordinances, statutes, and internal policies. Responsibilities include performing internal compliance reviews, supporting risk mitigation initiatives, obtaining and maintaining required licenses and registrations, coordinating with vendors and external agencies, and preparing regulatory and contractual documentation.
