General Summary
The Risk Management Specialists primary responsibility is to report to and assist management in ensuring the Banks compliance with State and Federal Banking Regulations and assisting in overseeing the audit function of the Bank. This includes compliance monitoring as the banks second line of defense; and assisting with HMDA/CRA data collection, validation, and analysis; as well as supporting the operational aspects of CRA compliance.
The Risk Management Specialist utilizes the Banks data systems including JHAs Xperience, Synergy, Yellow Hammer BSA, as well as Microsoft Office applications, Ncontracts modules, and MortgageBot / Encompass.
