Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently.
- Assist with medical records management and patient documentation.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms for patient visits.
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance information.
- Support medical staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; RMA certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor.
